Beverly Elementary – Ft. Frye School District

Beverly Elementary received these results while using Destination Math and Destination Reading:

Math scores increased in all grade levels substantially from pretest scores to post test scores. In first grade, scores rose from 64% passing to over 80% passing. In grades two, three and six, scores rose from 58% passing to 86% passing, 40% to 78%, and 20% to 50% respectively. Scores for special ed students increased from 38% to 61%, and for students in title programs, pretest scores jumped from 37% to 70%.

Reading scores increased in all grade levels substantially as well. In first grade, scores rose from 40%% passing to over 80% passing. In grades two, three and four, scores rose from 38% passing to 64% passing, 58% to 75%, and 40% to 78% respectively. Scores for special education students increased from 22% to 64%, and for students in title programs, pretest scores jumped from 30% to 56%.
