Roosevelt Elementary received these results while using Destination Math and Destination Reading:
The third graders at Roosevelt Elementary raised their Ohio Achievement Test scores from 55 % in October to 77% in March. This is a 40% increase in the number of students passing the OAT and gives the building a passing score on the State Report Card.
The 3rd grade Math scores show a 27 point increase (60-87% passing) over the previous year, which also gave them a passing score on the State Report Card.
Looking at the reading scores, a significant change occurred between October and March. This is highlighted by a 321% increase in the students who scored Accelerated or Advanced.
